"We had a very nice one night stay. Great peaceful location in the heart of the forest, when you look outside your window you look into the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodation, could use a little tlc in some corners, but that's just regular wear and tear. Rooms are practically designed, a little dark for my taste (but that's personal preference). If I need to give one negative feedback point, you need to make reservations for the pool (time slot of 45min / 30 persons) it...

"I had to extend my stay so had to move rooms ( not an issue). Both rooms were nice but a tv remote had flat batteries in the first room. The second room had what looked like large heat blisters on the surface of the desk and a worn away edge and a bulb off in the bathroom so I think the maintenance needs to be a bit better. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. Very close to bars and restaurants. "

Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). "Excellent hotel. Executive room was very spacious. Only down side was room was very hot and as the air conditioning is centrally controlled I could not reduce the temperature. This meant a few sleepless nights. It changes next week I’m told. I do not think this is acceptable. The room temperature should be controlled independently. "The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links...
