"Resort has that beachy vibe of a Club Med from back in the 80's, but without the excessive partying. A very relaxed, shorts-and-barefeet feeling where you can go from pool to beach to bar, and charge anything (very reasonably priced) to your room. Room itself is fairly spartan, but the bed is very comfortable, and the cleaning staff is outstanding. Not at all busy when we were there, so it was easy to schedule a masage, as well as cab rides to wherever we needed to go. A well-needed respite...

"This property is very quiet and relaxing. Our room had 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms both with a nice bath. Balconies had great views out to the ocean. The pool was nice and also had great views to the ocean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. There are 2 coffee shops close by but it is a bit of a trek to restaurants though only a few dollars in a Grab or taxi. Staff were very friendly. "

"This is my first time staying with Emerald. It was a good experience. Love the atmosphere there, the receptionist is very welcoming. Room is nice, clean and organized. "My stay was comfortable with a good sized room, the room was clean and in good condition. I was a tourist not on business and there was a good level of noise from the corridors early in the morning. I used the spa which was a good service but the pool area was a bit of a building site so I wasn’t comfortable using it as there were no loungers or parasols but that’s my only gripe on the hotel and once the pool is operational I would consider staying again."
