"The staff was very helpful and kind. The room is quite small but that was fine for two people. We didn’t find any sign to put at the door so we don’t get disturbed by morning cleanings, but somehow the staff seem to know exactly when you leave the room and clean it, even in the afternoon. "We booked this hotel for it supposed good restaurant only to be told it was shut as chef was away,so we eat in a pizza takeaway. The bar is a tiny room in the basement with three chairs,it was suggested that we have a drink outside which was even less appealing with two chairs a dead tree and dog muck. "It’s a good hotel and breakfast buffet is great however the staff aren’t very forthcoming with information. Should not be advertised as a hotel with pool/spa as this is run separately and €25 fee per adult for 2 hours even as a guest. Location is out of town and shuttle only runs until 7pm. Fine for ski in/out but €10 taxi into town for dinner etc "

"You can walk to lifts in ski boots. Shops, food, etc. is right next to hotel. We drove, easy parking...everything was just really simple. Two guys running hotel...ashamed to say I never asked their names...extermly friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again...yes."

"séjour parfait concept vraiment bien juste une petite remarque. Le hall d'entrée est squatté en fin de journée par les activités des enfants et donc vraiment bruyant et par conséquent réduit la qualité perçue de cette résidence qui à mon sens est une très belle réalisation. Le SPA est également parfait nous avons testé les massages la prestation était très bonne."

"Some lovely staff, good location, a short walk to town. Bedrooms were small but functional, bathrooms a little tired. Was unable to stop room being too hot despite turning down radiators. Breakfast service was slow and random, much better to provide a buffet, or even just a self service coffee machine, it could take 20 mins to get a coffee in morning. We didn’t stay around the bar for the nightly karaoke style singer."
