"Decent sized rooms, convenient position, comfortable beds. But, it is surprising that there is no coffee maker in the room in the 21st century and, even more interestingly, the hotel does not even has its own caffe or restaurant. The deal with the coffee is that you have to take the breakfast or just go next door to a different place. And, there is also no proper glass for water, never mind a fridge.
Staff seemed puzzled when asked about these details.

"I was tired and hungry when I arrived just after noon. The restaurant was closing and would not open that night (on a Saturday!) so the “staff could rest.” Why not just hire more people so your customers can eat dinner? This being Spain open restaurants are not always available. I know it’s a Spanish custom but you guys have a responsibility to insure that your customers can get food. Ridiculous."
