"I have seen the future and it's a dystopian landscape of looping AI agents who can't do anything outside of their programming. This hotel is central, the room was clean and quite nice but I spent an hour trying to check in and I will never stay there again. Registration and check in is automated which I'm sure is great when it works. It didn't work for me. The website would not allow me to continue after entering my information. I tried for hours before arriving at the hotel. When I got there, I...
"I stayed here for three nights and ended up restless as a result. First room that they gave me was facing the road which becomes too noisy in the morning when the cars started running. The receptionist was kind enough to switch my room. However, the second room had a problem with the heater and the room was quite warm to sleep in. "We loved everything at this hotel. Beautiful art deco style, very clean, great staff. Bed was comfortable (a little firm) great shower/bath and the breakfast and happy hour was top notch. We got room w balcony and city views. The best!"
"Staff were lovely 😍 they allowed me to take breakfast to our room for my son who was swimming and in the gym. They even got me a tray. A different morning I saw one kitchen attendant help a disabled lady get all her breakfast bits.
They also kindly organised a taxi for us, and the driver was fabulous."
Volvería a regresar"
