"We were there for one night, and we could storage our luggage’s there although it was to early for check in. That helped us a lot. The hotelbis wery close to the airport, 3-4 min walking distance. Friendly staff. Bed was a little uncomfortable but rooms were big , tv, minibar, toilet was also very clean. Overall good."

"The way Geneo was marketed and the reality are two completely different things. The area around the hotel is extremely dangerous and filthy. They advertise free parking and that is not true. We were nervous to be outside after dark. There is no way I would ever return."

"The room was just ok. When I asked if the could bring an iron to room I was told I need to go downstairs to the business room where they have an iron and board setup. Never seen that before."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
There was hardly any staff available, and no one was there to assist us properly. We even had to carry all our luggage upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to help.
The room was extremely dirty — especially the floor. It was so unclean that I had to ask for slippers just to be able to walk inside the room. Instead of bringing them to my room, I was told to go down to the reception and collect them myself.
