"The resort was picturesque. The staff needs some improvements. After waiting over an hour after our check in time, i went back on line to be told that they will give me a room. We i arrived to the room the room was not what I paid for. I paid for an ocean view and was given a view of a big tree. I called the front desk and they apologized and fixed it. I am especially grateful to Kristi at the front desk . She was able to resolve my list of issues in 10 minutes which 4 managers had not been...

"We enjoyed every bit of our stay at Margaritaville. The onsite food options were really good. Having both options to go to the pool or beach was great. A very quiet peaceful area."

"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "

"I did not like this place at all and me and my family felt like no one on the property wanted to help us and didn’t know anything about what we could do around the area. "Although there was a beach, people really can't be on the beach or in the ocean because there was way too much seaweed which was a huge disappointment. I had inquired about the beach prior to traveling and the management company/person answering emails only answered the first three emails and stopped responding.
