"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. Fabiana was really helpful and really helped with even getting me to the airport. I am a wheelchair user and found the room spacious and perfect . The only issue I had was the lack of Aircon. It got warm in the room and this was when the temperature outside was 25 degrees... If it was the peak of summer, I would have struggled. But other than that, the hotel was perfect. 5 min walk/wheel to the main Grotto and church. Ideal location."
"The staff werent helpful at all. They are bad in hospitality and in communication. Paola is the only one who tried to help us and make our stay better. Helped us get transportation during check out while others shut us out"
"Room was clean but too small. We have 1 paper cup each of us for the bathroom. No other paper cups nor glasses. Towels are very thin, size of towels okay. No place to put luggages. 4 pieces of hangers. The 4 star should be changed."
"Lovely spacious room with a great view. Unfortunately the air conditioning was going but not at all effective and for a couple of nights we had to open all the windows all night to stay cool. A ceiling fan would have been a better option than the aircon.
Kitchen area very dated and not completely clean but usable. There was enough provided for a week long stay and the location was excellent so I would recommend this hotel as great value for money."
"Incontestablement un établissement de grande qualité. Les chambres sont très bien notamment. Toutefois je ne mets pas la note maximale à cause de petits détails qui gâchent un peu le tout : accueil trop impersonnel, restaurant complet le soir pour dîner sans room-service proposé, check-out à 10h, aucun avantage de surclassement malgré un statut VIP Expedia...Dommage !"
"Nice rooms (suites) with lounge, w.c., bedroom, shower all in different rooms. Very convenient. Spectacular views - the entire property is laid out so that you overlook the golf course and view the Pyrenees. A bit remote but worth it for relaxation and fair price. Restaurant staff were very helpful. Limited menu but good food. Great find."
