"I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I arrived very late in the morning, but they still allowed me to check in without any issues, which I really appreciated after a long journey.
There are plenty of shops nearby, making it convenient to pick up essentials or explore the area. The staff also provided useful maps and guidance about nearby places, which made getting around much easier.
Overall, a pleasant stay...
"Great location, secure. Friendly professional staff allowed us to check in early thank you. Comfortable clean room and bed. Crisp sheets/linens. Was expecting more Sicilian fare for breakfast, catered too much to North American diet. Not a deal breaker as delicious pasticceria on the street corner. Has so much potential as the courtyard is charming. Overall would recommend. Felt welcome and well looked after. Thank you!"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very nice, large and nicely decorated. Our room and balcony were huge. The restaurant seemed nice, but we did not eat there except for coffee in the morning. The only problem is that Google Maps cannot find the way there. We followed the directions, and it took us to a tiny road that deteriorated into nothing but a grassy field. Had we been able to drive further we would have arrived at the back end of the hotel property where there was a...
"The staff was very friendly. Checking in was wonderful. I really liked the woman at reception. The hotel was clean and modern inside, the room was a nice size. They even had a small kitchen,
But! If you plan on ACTUALLY sleeping, this is NOT the hotel for you. If you want to go out late and eat and drink, it’s perfect and the location is great! Otherwise, the noise outside went on until past 3-4 am right outside the window. Even after the bars closed. Then the garbage trucks started. At some...
"The hotel Paradise is a stunning property. It is very clean and the food is exceptional. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with all of our needs and requests. The only drawback would be the location, it is quite far from any attractions and you really do need a car if you stay here."
"Jolanda was very helpful and welcoming. She recommended some great restaurants. She also made a lovely breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the reception area. Communication was great — we had all the door codes before we arrived.
The location is perfect for Mt Etna experiences. Great stay, highly recommended."
