"The location was ideal, train and taxi stand was 20 metres & you can walk there.. The Palazzo Reale was 100 metres walkable distance. Everthing was close, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Our room was renovated and modern. A full continental style breakfast was included. It’s a convenient and comfortable hotel. Do not expect a Resort, or spa style. Happy with our choice."
"The Grand Hotel Telese looks the part. An old grande dame of a hotel with lovely entrance and great hall. It was good for kids, lovely pool and the receptionist was warm and friendly. The rooms were fine and clean.
Dinner let it down badly. There's only one place to eat on site, and no one was around to take our order, despite having booked a time and it being quiet. When the food came, it was bland and missing ingredients you'd expect from the dish as described on the menu. When we raised it...
"L'hotel si trova vicino ad una zona ben servita. In 10/15 minuti si arriva alla stazione ferroviaria e alla reggia , a piedi. Nella via parallela ci sono diversi locali di ristorazione. "Very nice hotel. We appreciated the ease with conversing with the staff in English. The restaurant offered a great selection, both with the included breakfast and ala carte dinners. Food was delicious and reasonably priced."
"Had a broken glass in the room. Would not recommend staying in this place for hotels design as a pleasure hotel. It smells really bad in the rooms and bathrooms were not clean as well. Would I recommend staying at space.
Add some damn lights in the room."
"It was very clean and the staff were wonderful considering that in this massive hotel we 6 people in my group were the only occupants! Sort of felt like the hotel in The Shining! We were told we were the last guests before it is turned into a college campus. Not sure if this is true or not. There was not a king size bed anywhere in this “hotel” and my upgraded room had a view of the dead trees and plants in the courtyard. No pool and all gym equipment had been removed.
I can’t express enough...
