Hotel has been refurbished to a modern style and a high standard. Reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff etc were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. "Great location for beach and quite close to airport. Easy access via taxi to shopping and other tourist destinations. Very good buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms quite clean, and spacious, but several suites have interconnected doors. Helpful staff in the majority of cases, and multiple languages available. Worth going again."

"The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and food is nice. However, I observed the following limitations, which in my opinion the hotel needs to address: - Limited guidance if any is available on guided tours and excursions given the hotel is located in a popular tourist area. The hotel uses an external part-time travel agent who attends for 45 minutes 4 days a week at inconvenient times. - Safety box in the room is rented for $3 a day. In our experience hotels do not charge for this service...

"The property is great. Walking is very easy from this location. Lots of restaurants and shops. Instant coffee in the room a disgrace. "

"What a place!!! The view was exquisite and unchallenged….such amazing architecture, floral beauty, perches to watch the sun set. The breakfast was great and plentiful and Paco and PePe were excellent hosts and fulfilled every request. The only complaint I would have is the AC not working in the evening…we could open our windows due to the amount of partying going on in an adjacent property "
