"The staff here were most helpful and so very friendly! We stayed three nights and the free breakfast was outstanding. So many choices of fresh food that helped start each day off on the right foot. The pool was peaceful and refreshing. The pool bar offered many choices of drinks and food. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. There was a walk out balcony with lounge chairs looking out onto the pool which helped us to wind down at night. The staff helped us book a massage as well as...
"Rooms were very spacious and clean. Veranda was lovely to sit out on. Beautiful resort with short walk to beach. Only disappointment was Restaurant didn’t offer à la carte while we were there. Buffet was very over priced and not really good. Very disappointing for the $$"
"This was the relaxing portion of our whirlwind vacation, and it was perfect! Lovely hotel in a beautiful residential area away from the crowds, but still just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The staff were friendly and engaging, and made us feel very welcome. Loved our bungalow with 2 beautiful patios, although we found the mattress firmer than we like. We spent an entire day enjoying the pools and loungers, and Happy hour with half priced drinks was a bonus. The buffet...
"This was a lovely property. Couldn’t beat the view of the pool and marina. Anything you need was within a very close walk. The kitchen was full stocked with anything you needed. Even a few coffee pods and tea to get you started. It was a great addition the end of our trip."
"Great apartment hotel stay with sea view! Parking spot in underground parking was included which made it convenient. Fully equipped kitchen to cook while staying and also a built in laundry in the kitchen, would stay here again!"
"Very clean, staff helpful. Only issue was we had do not disturb sign on door, but came back to find beds made and towels replaced. Coffee though was not replenished, and counter at coffee station was left dirty. Nothing appeared to be missing."
"Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer, so wie auch das Hotel insgesamt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und die a la card Auswahl war auch prima!
Bucht man ein Zimmer mit Hafenblick, muss man sich darüber bewusst sein, dass zwischen Hafen und Hotel die Hauptstraße liegt. Dennoch liegt das Hotel sehr zentral, die Altstadt ist fußläufig in rund 10Minuten erreichbar."
"The hotel is great overall resort. The room is clean and very-good in size. I put it 4/5 since you need to pay to use the Exercise room.
The all-inclusive package is very good and the food selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner are 7.5/10.
The staff members are nice and helpful."
"The room had connecting doors, even though the booking information only stated that connecting rooms were available, not that I would necessarily be assigned one. I specifically chose a higher-priced room, expecting a better experience.
Unfortunately, the room had virtually no sound insulation. I could hear the noise from both adjacent rooms as if the guests were inside my own room, which made it extremely difficult to rest. There was noise until midnight and then again from as early as 6 a.m.,...
