"Nice hotel close to wharf for dining. Libby is beautiful!Restaurant has yummy breakfast! Beds seem old not very comfortable! Balcony isn’t really a balcony very tiny can’t fit even a chair on it. Bathrooms old plumbing noisy needs to be updated! Room is nice looking though. Nice we can bring our dog hotel very dog friendly!"

"The bed was comfy. The room was very clean. We walked in the bathroom and could smell bleach which is a good thing. Housekeeping was so nice. We asked for a fan and they found one for us. The location was convenient. Everything was walking distance or you could take the trolley for free to Fisherman's Wharf. The restaurant makes the best breakfast sandwich. "Good place especially for families with kids. However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...
