"Chose it because it was near train station and had 4 stars. There was no hand/body cream in the room. I had to ask for it."

"Walking distance to Milan MALPENSA airport without going outside on the road from arrival hall. Need better signage from airport indicating the name of the Hotel. Some of the receptionist English is not up to par otherwise they are helpful. Breakfast is sumptuous and many varieties. Excellent food."

"Staff was friendly, the room was very spacious, bed was comfortable. Pretty convient to Milano Centrale station and another metro stop. Several restaurants close to the hotel. 4 stars due to asking front desk for something 3 different times and being told it would be sent to the room and it never arrived."

"La habitación estaba limpia"

"The location, just a block from the central railway station and 2 metro lines, is very convenient. For example, while tea and coffee-making facilities were provided in the room, there was no milk available, and bottled water in the room was chargeable rather than complimentary. The bedroom was quite small, although I had booked a single room so...

"Schönes Hotel guter Service grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück"

"The room was amazing. Staff were great and helpful. Will come back again next time."

"Hotel is good, staff are friendly, room is clean and decent but not soundproof. You continuously hear people talking from other rooms. Very loud, couldn’t sleep most of the night."
