"This Hotel was very good. The staff was very nice at check inn. She recommended us a nice restaurant to eat and was really good. Also the pool and the service around we also very nice. Breakfast is good too. I would stay in this hotel again close to the Cala also ."

"Lovely clean hotel, in very handy location for walking in to Palma town, Bellver Castle, catching buses to nearby beaches with great a view of the harbour. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was the busy road out the front which was being dug up, so noisy when sitting out on the balcony. You cannot hear this inside when the doors are closed. "

"I was a solo traveller. The overall experience was very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Although the view of my room wasn't seaside it was pleasant to have a balcony. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"Pros: Excellent communal areas that are kept to a high standard. Lovely pool area and breakfast terrace. Great food. Pleasant staff. We paid for a ‘city view’ and still had a great view of the marina and harbour although our friends were facing the back of the building so this was just luck! Cons: even on the 10th floor we could hear a lot of outside noise including people walking home from nights out at all hours of the night (and I sleep with ear plugs). The rooms also deserve an upgrade to...

"Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight. "
