"I think the sheets weren’t clean enough because I had bed bug bites.. the front desk were good except one lady with glasses that was mean and had a mean look too. She was awful. Plus I paid for a pool view room with balcony and they put us in a room with palms view!! Couldn’t even see the pool and that wasn’t what I expect for paying almost 400 dollar/night. The location was amazing and the pool too. But imagine you pay extra money and u don’t get what u paid for"

"Amazing breakfast buffet, clean, spacious, great location if you have a car. There are three pools and evening entertainment by the pool. The amenities are delightful. There is a gym. There are many stairs to the different levels."

"Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollem Service Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist äußerlich wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt, der Check-in ging schnell und unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Außenbereich: Der Pool war sauber, groß und angenehm zum Abkühlen, die Wiese sehr gepflegt und die gesamte Anlage schön ruhig.
