"Every staff member was friendly and professional. The hotel was quickly responsive to any request we had. We like its convenient location next to Vivo Mall. We highly recommend this hotel."
"The welcome staff who checked us in were very polite and accommodating. We had flown internationally and arrived in morning- they provided us our room early and without extra charge. Clothes washing machine facility was an added bonus. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay here again."
"Description on Expedia of the property is inaccurate. This hotel is not on the beach and has no access to the beach at all. Will need to walk quite a distance to get to a nearby one which isn’t even suitable for swimming.
One star deducted for the rooftop swimming pool closing too early at 6PM which is when most guests are getting back to their rooms after exploring the city or whatever activities."
"Staff were very helpful with any request. Rooms were well cleaned and replenished daily. Location was pretty good though the hill never got any easier for the climb home after dinner.
However it was disappointing to find that the provision of a shuttle to drop you and pick you up within a 5 km radius along with the loan of a local phone to call reception for pick ups had been discontinued.
Those facilities played a big part in why chose The Wind Resort.

"We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment for 4 nights (Sat to Tues). Check in at 1.30pm was smooth. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Check out was seamless and they stored our luggage in their office for an hour at our request. 5 stars for customer service.
The apartment requires a deep clean. The bin was emptied. The dishes were washed and stacked but the greases on the bin and bin lid attracted hundreds of ants trailing from the balcony through the lounge room (dirt built up around...
"Great Location, Beautiful Views and Excellent Value for Families
We really enjoyed our stay at SV Boutique Hotel! The location was excellent, with beautiful views, and the large family apartment was fantastic value for money. Having plenty of space for our family made our stay so much more comfortable.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the English-speaking service made communication easy throughout our stay. The pool was also a real highlight and a lovely place to relax.

"Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent.
At night time, they close the garage door,...
"The properties are very good but the elevators aren’t very convenient because it is usually very busy and packed and parking in the parking garage can be very expensive as you have to pay each time you leave."
