"having been told aat the last minute our flight was cancelled this hotel was the first avaiable to put us up for an unexpected stay. this hotel was the closet available to Pisa airport and was 17 kilometers away. we were greeted and assissed to our room by a charming lady at reception and food and drink was provided in spite of the late hour.
we hada problem with the air conditioning but this was resolved."
"I absolutely love this hotel. I only stayed for one night and I wish I'd stayed for more. The breakfast was beautiful. My room got upgraded which was a nice little surprise. This was Central to everything so it was a great place to stay if you wanna go and visit different places. I'm already thinking about coming again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay x"
"The hotel is a gem! Nestled in a row of sister buildings, all historic; it has been transformed! They were still finishing up the entrances to a brand new lobby! Beautifully designed. New elevator, all new rooms also beautifully designed. Modern curbless shower in new bathroom. Note! If you do not reserve your parking spot ahead of time you must park on the street which is do'able but challenging as you have to feed the meter. I called up to the bar and whoever answered the phone said they could not bring me any ice as it was too busy, and asked me if I could come up to the bar to get it. "The hotel was in a great location. We had a junior suite overlooking the water with the most incredible terrace. We took my 10 month old and the hotel and staff was super accommodating and friendly."
"Staff friendly and helpful. Clean room and quiet. Enjoyed being able to look out our window and see the beach! Great sunset view! Was so nice to have the delicious breakfast buffet with so many choices. Everything was beautifully presented, tasted fresh and was a definite plus for staying here! Shopping and restaurants within walking distance and the beach right across the street! Would highly recommend staying here!"
