"We booked this hotel last minute and could not have been happier its proximity to old town was great.the front desk gentleman was very accommodating the room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable.the mini bar was generously stocked.there was a honesty bar that was well provisioned.the best part of this hotel was the gorgeous breakfast and lovely staff it was honestly the best breakfast we had in all of our stay in madeira.the only slight glitch was the parking if you have a car book...
"Views from the room were amazing. Excellent breakfast and very nice pool and spa facilities. Parking was a bit difficult to find when coming into town around 3pm (had to circle a couple times). Hotel is very close to the free natural pools!"
"Good location not far from Airport. Room was clean and looked out over the water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was great. We were able to rent a car directly from inside the hotel."
"The staff was very kind and helpful when the address listed on Expedia took us to the back of the hotel instead of the main entrance when checking in at 2am. We ended up finding parking on the street which was less expensive than the hotel parking but had to walk a bit. The room was clean and in a good area, we felt safe at night. It was about a 20 minute drive from the airport. We only stayed for one night and it was good!"
"Staff were amazing. Breakfast had so many good choices it was hard to decide what to eat. Great place to stay affordable price. Will book here again in the future."
