"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Baglioni in Florence during our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our experience truly special. The honeymoon upgrade was such a thoughtful and generous gesture, and we were incredibly grateful for the care and attention that went into making our stay memorable. Every detail was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. The staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of, and their...

"Extremely unprofessional staff, very uncomfortable and squeaky beds, and very noisy rooms. Overall one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in."

"Hotel Rosso is a short walk from the train station - it is a little tricky to find as it is in a pretty plaza and there are restaurants directly in front of the entrance. "Very clean room! Smelled amazing! Loved the products that they had. Front desk was very friendly and very helpful they gave us really good recommendations and advice to stay away from tourist traps which was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others! They also have bikes on property that you can use if you would like to explore a little bit more of the city!"

"Love this hotel, extremely clean and the breakfast was amazing, knew of the best breakfast spread I've seen. The staff was helpful. The free amenities the hotel provided were amazing, never seen a hotel do that. Very impress and definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone that goes to Florence."

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

"Water wasn’t available in our room for several hours. Front desk workers laughed at us for asking when the problem would be fixed. Do not recommend this place!"
