"We reserved parking which was next to the hotel. Breakfast was fresh European style. The king sized bed was huge- they put 2 twins together. Nice hotel. The elevator is really small it fit 2 people with 2 large pieces of luggage and that’s it. Staff very helpful. Would stay there again."

"A solid 5 stars. The staff was extremely helpful. They did 2 loads of laundry. One in the morning. The other in the afternoon and the price was very reasonable ($15). The breakfast buffet was good. It's hard to find a breakfast of more than pastries in Monterosso. The staff was friendly and helpful for anything. This hotel being very close to the beach was something I was looking for. They even have beach towels you can use. I'll be staying there again."
"Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. "Soggiorno piacevole in questa bella struttura Ma che avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata. Il valore aggiunto è la piscina e lo spazio verde esterno.
Led sul letto comodo anche se il materasso troppo molle.
Colazione buona, a mio avviso mancava un po' più di scelta sulla frutta fresca.

"Just a fantastic hotel with great views, a great restaurant, pool, access to hiking and free mini bus transportation down and up the hill to Monterosso. Beach is nice, easy access to train and I highly recommend taking the boat ride with Stefano who you will find in the marina. Great hotel, very clean."
"We had a pleasant 3-night stay overall. We particularly enjoyed the pool, the peaceful surroundings, and the generally good-quality food. The complimentary tea served daily from 5–6 pm was also a nice touch.
However, for a listed 4-star property, we found the experience somewhat underwhelming. Our room was clean but quite small. One day we found lots of ants coming in through the main room door.
There were also a few issues with the food. One evening we found a piece of plastic in our pasta....
