"Reserved rooms for a group of 6 hikers - I could not go bcs of a medical situation- but the group did go - the hotel would not respond to repeated attempts by Expedia to change the name on the reservation - yes it was non-refundable reservation- but to not allow a name change so the remainder of my group could check in is beyond ridiculous."

"Schlechte Qualität des Zimmers, diverse Mängel vorhanden, Instandhaltung absolut überfällig. Viele Teile nicht funktionsfähig, kaputt oder locker.
Zudem Sicherheitsbedenken, da nicht jedes Zimmer seinen eigenen Zimmerschlüssel hat. Es können mit einem Zimmerschlüssel andere Zimmer geöffnet werden. Dies wurde an 2-3 Zimmern (mit Erlaubnis des Gasted) überprüft. Absolut nicht tolerierbar. Auf Anfrage wurde der Zylinder ausgetauscht, scheint jedoch ein Problem des Hauses zu sein.

"Older property. Town doesn't have a lot to offer but a few restaurants and a few small grocery stores. Hotel staff was super friendly and awesome. We were hardly in our rooms, but they were nice. Great breakfast and bar hangout. The only bummer was there wasn't a direct walking path to the beautiful lake there, you have to go around far. Perfect location for surrounding hikes."
