"The room was a suite and it was very nice. There are so many hotels in the area, but we keep coming back to Savoy. The staff - everyone from the girl who cooks your eggs in the morning for breakfast, the concierge, front desk, room attendant and everyone else was so helpful. Even with all of the other hotel options in the area, there is no way we can stay anywhere else when the folks at Savoy and the property itself is so nice. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you everyone"

"Most attentive and friendly staff I've ever encountered at hotel"

"This is a good value for the price, type of hotel The location is great, right next to Manila’s best shopping mall. The room and bathroom are spacious. The shower has great water pressure and hot& cold works properly which is one of the most important features for me. The housekeeping is good, if you ask for extra pillow or towel they respond quickly My only criticism is the fabric of the sofa and the room carpet is full of stains.
