"Restaurants and staff were above average. Rooms were NOT. Overly scented with a bad smell. Desperately in need of a complete refresh. Furniture old. Sheets were scratchy. The owner needs to take some profits and refresh the rooms from top to bottom."
"The location was ideal, train and taxi stand was 20 metres & you can walk there.. The Palazzo Reale was 100 metres walkable distance. Everthing was close, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Our room was renovated and modern. A full continental style breakfast was included. It’s a convenient and comfortable hotel. Do not expect a Resort, or spa style. Happy with our choice."
Bagno...
"Poor signage on street, hard to find hotel . As usual Expedia shows one room and what we are given is not the same level. This room was dark and looked out to a paint worn patio wall, depressing.Went to the front desk to change . The staff was dismissive.Told us to wait for the night manager. He arrived...rude ...huffed and puffed ...showed us another ( downgraded) room , more of a cell vibe. We went back to front desk. I THOUGHT he was looking for another room . My husband and I sat in the...
"My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Plana and had a fantastic experience. We were visiting the Royal Palace of Caserta, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having on-site parking also gave us great peace of mind.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Although we arrived a little earlier than expected, they kindly accommodated us and made sure we could check in right away.
Our room was spacious and Housekeeping did...
"Had a broken glass in the room. Would not recommend staying in this place for hotels design as a pleasure hotel. It smells really bad in the rooms and bathrooms were not clean as well. Would I recommend staying at space.
Add some damn lights in the room."
"It was very clean and the staff were wonderful considering that in this massive hotel we 6 people in my group were the only occupants! Sort of felt like the hotel in The Shining! We were told we were the last guests before it is turned into a college campus. Not sure if this is true or not. There was not a king size bed anywhere in this “hotel” and my upgraded room had a view of the dead trees and plants in the courtyard. No pool and all gym equipment had been removed.
I can’t express enough...
