"This hotel was the relaxing stopover we needed on our wild Atlantic way trip. Each hotel guest gets one hour complimentary access to the spa facilities. There’s also a steam room & hot tub by the pool. The spa staff squeezed us in last minute, which we greatly appreciated! The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable - we all had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was included (even though it said we’d have to pay at the property on Expedia). "We had a group of eight that stayed two nights. We enjoyed the breakfast offered both mornings. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again."
"The breakfast room was bright and cheery with the option of French press coffee. The home-made waffles with real maple syrup was my fave. The young couple running the Inn were so nice and their son was turning 1 year old that day!
Portmagee is a charming base to explore the area. I hope to return!"

This appears to be a historic residence with wonderful areas. Each area we walked though had many examples of the generations of owners.
The room was large and well appointed
The staff were charming and we can't say enough good things about the way the sisters interacted with us.

"What a special place. You immediately feel comfortable when you first walk in. The room we stayed in was large with plenty of space for 3 of us and a spectacular view. The pool was a nice bonus to soak in after a long day. It’s a short walk into town but far enough out that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. "
