"We stayed two nights in a three-bedroom villa with two young kids and their grandparents. We are sensitive to cleaning chemicals but none of us had any reaction, no smell, so we could fully relax at the villa. The waterpark and the bigger pool were amazing, entertained our kids all the time, literally almost all day. We could spot some warrabies in the property, which was a good bonus. "The room was moderately clean on first glance however when entering the bathroom it was mould ridden including the shower head. Grim and dust build up on soap and moisturiser pumps in the bathroom. in addition to this, there was a moth infestation with no processes in place to mitigate to impact on the room. Upon returning to the room at 11pm, there were 16 moths throughout the room, including in the hanging towels in the bathroom. The moths had clearly gained access via the door thresholds...

Pros:
- shower is hot
- there was a fridge in my room however it was hidden in a cupboard so i didn’t realise for a day
- comfy bed
- good air conditioning on both coolness and warmth
- internet has good connection
- convenient for beach access and many bars/cafes in walking distance
Cons:
- no parking, most areas close by are packed if free or you have to pay for
- lack of utensils, we had one singular spoon, no knives or forks, also only one...
"As we walked into the room it smelt damp and stale. There was mold all over the ceiling as well as the balcony of the room and the furniture looked tired and was falling apart"
"The room was quiet small but serviceable. The bathroom door was very hard to close. We found several bugs and small cockroaches in the room. Parking was terrible! We had to park quite a way from our room as the space in front of it was already taken, there is major renovations taking place that we were not made aware of. This impacted on parking as well. There was no shower curtain. We paid a very high price for a very poor room."
