"It was nice. Especially the breakfast and access to coffee machine. Only issue was that we would have preferred a double bed as was not too comfortable on the twin. "

"Lovely, greeted with a smile and checked straight in, the room was nice clean and comfortable, breakfast is basic but I didn’t mind as I only have small breakfasts, my only advice to travellers would be check if the kitchen is open for evening meals during your stay, it wasn’t on my 1st night however there was a great pub just up the road. I will definitely stay here again, I didn’t get the ladies name behind the bar, but a big shout to her she was great."

"The first sight is exactly as the photo of the Inn, and we walked in to a happy and friendly pub, not rowdy, and collected our keys to our room which was as shown in the website. Generous with tea, coffee and milk, plus a pair of binoculours to look out onto the hill behind. We quickly returned to the bar, with it's original beams and polished copper benches for a drink then a meal. Good value prices, choices and the meals were delicious and huge. "What a little gem of place , easy to find, local to the sea and other places of interest. Very quiet and welcoming place to stay, only stop for one night in the strawberry pod , wish I was here for the week ! The goats and sheep walking around the site , use of the BQ next to your pod . Overlooking the lake The pod was very clean and fully equipped and lovely double bed, bedroom idea for the pod . Would I stop here again ? Yes Value for money ? Yes Much better than a caravan "
