"Beautiful location with stunning views from the sea view room and a private beach area. The room was quite dated and the bed was not very comfortable. There are a lot of activities that you can do on site but you have to pay for them. Far away from Cefalu so you need to drive or taxi, there’s no hotel shuttle. Also, no porter service and parking is self serve in a dirt lot. Overall good experience though with a sea view room and we’d come back for that private beach!"

Maintenance came to fix the problem, but never fixed it; even though the front desk insisted that maintenance confirmed that the issue was fixed. "Sauberes Hotel, mit geräumigem Zimmer. Leider führte der Weg zum Zimmer über eine enge sehr befahrene Strasse ohne Bürgersteig. Das Personal in den Restaurants ist ein Wenig überfordert, aber die Pizza ist sensationell gut."

"One of the nicest European hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff was pleasant and helpful. From housekeeping (Maria Concetto) to the front desk (Dario), to the bar/restaurant staff. The hotel had an elegant atmosphere. The room size was large, quiet and the balcony was an added amenity. We also utilized the parking and beach towel service for convenience. We hope to return again!!"
