"Front desk is very professional, and the rooms are nice and spacious with clean sheets. However you can tell the hotel is extremely in need of maintenance, and housekeeping is stretched so thin that they are barely hanging in there - doing the minimum to keep the place running. Ultimately this hotel has had much better days, was probably a top luxury hotel once upon a time, but unfortunately, is being run into the ground."
"The Hotel was perfect for what I needed. It was close to the lakeside park, within walking distance of the beach. With easy transit from the main train station. The hotel had much to offer. A pool, a spa, a fitness center, and multiple restaurants and a bar. My sea view room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was extensive, decent quality. The only issue I had was that the music from the bar continued into the night. And it came through into my room as a slight muffled sound....

"It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar."
"This place was a joke! I’ve booked two deluxe studios with 2 beds for 2 nights and we got 1 apt with 1 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch, the second room had also 1 bed and pullout couch. Rooms were stinky! The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and in the other was only in the living room. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund so I didn’t complain but I won’t recommend this place to anyone! "
"Unterkunft ist nicht direkt im Zentrum des Sonnenstrands. Aber man kommt super mit der Sunny beach train (Bimmelbahn) ins Zentrum. Unterkunft 7 min vom Strand, guter Pool. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in nesselbar. Ruhige, kühle Zimmer. Bei jeder all inklusive Mahlzeiten war immer alles in Auswahl für jedermann etwas vorhanden"
