"What a gem on the Kansas City Plaza! So close to the beautiful creek with its walks to the Nelson Atkins Museum, Kauffman Gardens, Loose Park, UMKC, and the Miniature Museum. Great views from the rooms and near to so many good restaurants and bars and shopping. Love the beautiful fountains and sculptures and the Sevilla vibe!"

"Such an AWESOME historical hotel. Wish we had time to enjoy it more. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Did not eat at restaurant but went to speakeasy. Very moody and comfortable. Had a great espresso martini. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

"I was only here for 24 hours, I booked a trip for a concert and to visit one of my best friends here in the city. When we arrived, the room I had requested (family suite) was not available at check-in time however, the front desk and management by far exceeded my expectations in making the situation better. We were on a tight deadline to shower and get into the room quickly, so they were able to find us a room, and did some other things to go above and beyond great customer service!!!! From...

"We didn't have a chance to really use the amenities around the facility. Really the only complaints we have for this visit, is one, only two bath towels in the room. This is standard, but a third towel would not hurt anything. I don't know a female that wouldn't use a second bath towel if it were available. I could have requested one but we were 45 minutes from checking out, so we made it work. Second, there are no free water options in the facility. I'm not paying $2.50 for a bottle of...

"We love staying here! We love the spa and just everything about the hotel!"

"Best hotel ive stayed in"

"Staff was helpful they gave us a different room with an upgrade due with issues with the first room."

"Unfortunately, our stay was a bit disappointing. While the location worked well for our Kansas City trip, the overall condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by an unpleasant smell. The space also felt consistently humid throughout our stay, which made it less comfortable than expected. The property was generally clean, but it is definitely showing its age and could use some attention. There was chipped paint throughout, worn bathroom...

"This was an amazing place to stay. Rebecca and Karl were amazing hosts. The property is so beautiful and peaceful. They have activities like hiking, fishing, pool table, a paddleboat even movies for you to choose from and watch. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, made from scratch and served so nicely. We could not have been happier to stay here and escape the bustle and hassle of hotels. Town is just about 15 minutes away for snacks and gas. And there are great restaurants also just down the...
