"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. We stayed in a room with an ocean view and it was just wonderful. We used our balcony in the morning, late afternoon and every evening. It was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful, however the lines were usually long to talk to someone at the front desk. The location was perfect. Very close to the train station and so many shops, restaurants and pubs. We would definitely come back to Santa Susanna and stay here again!"

"I went for my birthday as a solo traveller who has been to Lloret de Mar 7 years ago. i although there is spa and gym facilities, i spent most of my time outside the hotel as there is so much around to do. The hotel is close to the everything beach, supermarkets, restaurants, take aways, clubs, clothing and shoe stores all walking distance no ubers. Lloret de Mar is a very family friendly place but also still very suited to solo travellers stag & Hen boys/girls trips!"

"A charming, comfortable stay in a great location I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is very clean and has a traditional character that I really liked—it adds to the charm and atmosphere of the place. Despite the very hot weather outside, the room temperature was perfect. It was comfortable and well maintained, with a pleasant ambient temperature without feeling overly cold from the air conditioning. The location is excellent, very close to the station and also very close to the beach....

"The rooms were excellent, spacious, modern and very comfortable. The buffet was also very good, with plenty of choice, and the hotel in general was clean and well maintained. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is the price. We paid around £480 for the night, and although we enjoyed our stay, I simply don't think the hotel experience justified that level of pricing. In my view, around £300 per night would have been much more appropriate for this type of hotel. That said, I appreciate we stayed during peak August season and booked at relatively short notice, which will obviously have influenced the rate. Overall, a very good family hotel with excellent rooms and a good buffet, just significantly overpriced for our stay."
