"Clean room Great location"

"Nice room. Staff are pleasant but not particularly welcoming. Greeted by a screen at check in. Have to type in name, email address etc etc - was all a bit much at 11.00 at night. This was after being ripped off by a taxi driver who charged us double from the airport (fare should be $20-$25 btw and apparently Uber is available if you follow the rideshare signs at the arrivals terminal - none of which was communicated to us by the hotel).
