"The room has a beautiful view of the ocean and Mount Etna. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and went the extra mile to help us. The swimming pool by the ocean is beautiful, though the water temperature in April was too cold to swim in. Buffet breakfast included a large variety of foods. The property seems a bit aged but we are 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of our room. "

The parking area is quite hard to reach, and navigating within the hotel itself is unnecessarily complex. Moving between different areas can be confusing and inconvenient.
