The room was a bit small but worked out perfect for my husband and I. There are USB plugs to charge your phone as well! You would need an adapter for a flat iron, a blower dryer is provided tho! We didn’t use it but there is small kitchen area. No room service or a/c but the weather was nice so the...

"Everything was excellent, except it was not possible to get in touch with the hotel to arrange the shuttle. Due to cold, rainy weather, we took a cab to the hotel. After complaining, we were given a $10 credit which covered the cost of the return shuttle (however this was still $10 short of the amount paid to get to the hotel from the airport.). The communication about the shuttle should be improved."

"Beautiful hotel. We had a lake view room which was fabulous. Lots of space, and a little balcony. I read some negative reviews about the air conditioning, but the temperature was perfect for us (in May). Great breakfast. The only downside was the coffee wasn't great, but we are coffee snobs!!"
