"Disappointing Stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Bordeaux (Room 436, 11–18 September)
We stayed for seven nights and were deeply disappointed with our experience. While the hotel is well-located for transport and business clients, it is poorly suited for longer leisure stays due to systemic failures in maintenance, housekeeping, and management.

"The best thing is its proximity to the tram. The front desk clerk gave us good directions forgetting familiar with the tram and that was definitely the best way to get around.
The room was small, hallways dark and the bed hard.
If I was to come back I would look for a more central and comfortable hotel."
"L’hôtel est très agréable et bénéficie d’un très bel emplacement au cœur des vignes. Le cadre est magnifique, particulièrement calme et reposant, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de son séjour.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette atmosphère paisible et la beauté des environs.
Un petit point pourrait toutefois être amélioré : la salle de bain, bien que jolie et épurée, est assez minimaliste et manque un peu de rangements. L’ajout d’un petit meuble, d’une étagère ou d’un espace...
