"Great location and people were excellent. One note, lack of wash cloths for face washing or bathing. I did mention it to the folks and they seemed to appreciate the news. The mattress was reasonably new and semi firm. East to get a good nights sleep. Convenient to the train or taxi to get to the Cruise port."

"Our room was large and bed was comfy. Interesting configuration to have separate water closet. The food market on 2 was handy to grab a snack if you didn’t want to go out. Great location for shopping and restaurants . Only 2 elevators so there can be a wait at times. there was a fair amount of construction noise during the day on the building next door. I expect that’s temporary. Would stay there again."

"We had two rooms, in one of them the air conditioning controller was stuck at maximum 22 C , so it was pretty cold in the room, in the other room the window had a problem at closing and kept a gap of about half a centimeter on the left side , therefore during the night it was both cold and noisy as the room faced the motorway. The staff at checkin and checkout were very nice but the hotel definitely needs renovation."

"Geen opm"

"The hotel made an excellent first impression. The ground-floor areas were attractive, modern and welcoming, and most of the staff I encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the positives largely ended there. The upstairs areas felt tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. "Location great. Very quiet. Could use a deep clean but generally clean"

"Well designed without being soulless. Freshly done large hotel in great area. My room was very comfortable- with all the amenities. Breakfast was what I think of as a classic European style, but all good selections freshly prepared."
