"The people at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable, the bed was extremely comfortable. The only thing I noticed was a smell in the room that smelled like dirty carpet but it didn't affect our comfort. Everyone was very friendly and helpful."

"I like Bally's, was there last year about the same time. the room was good. (problem with the Televison and remote) Service at the desk was, when checking out somewhat hesitated. Person in back for a couple minutes before coming to waited on guest. The service to the guest at Bally's has always been great when I was visiting."
