Tasiela ensured I had a nice quiet room facing the garden so I could get a good night sleep before the next long haul flight home. I slept so well. I was on the same floor as the spa so I fit in a quick sauna as well. Checkout staff was also amazing. The proximity to the airport was worth the extra cost. I will definitely choose the Hyatt for my next stay in Zurich. "

"Beautiful hotel. We had a lake view room which was fabulous. Lots of space, and a little balcony. I read some negative reviews about the air conditioning, but the temperature was perfect for us (in May). Great breakfast. The only downside was the coffee wasn't great, but we are coffee snobs!!"
