"Our stay here was great. Good size room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was only a small charge and good options that the kitchen staff kept well-stocked. There were also plenty of places to sit even though it could get busy. Every staff member from housekeeping to front desk were very courteous. One change I’d make is that the gym should have a regular pulley machine. It only had a “Tonal” machine which is super hard to use and for only one person at a time. These machines are not a good choice...

"The people who work at The Cloudveil have the best customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Gabe, Rachel, and Chetney from the concierge and Westin and Jose from the front desk as well as some of the others all go above and beyond for the guests. It was unlike anything I have ever seen in hospitality, and my partner and I are both well traveled both internationally and within the US. "Overall the stay was decent for a quick overnight stay. Our room had some wear that needs addressed, as well as a strong chemical odor. Bathroom is incredible. Has a washer and dryer in the room. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Great location to the downtown area, all walkable. They offer a 24/7 shuttle to the airport for a fee. 7/10 overall. Most likely wouldn't stay again for the higher pricing vs amenities and room issues."
