"Outstanding! From the cleanliness, to the ambience, the food, the staff, the bed, the shower ….. I’m REALLY fussy and complain a lot! This is most possibly one of the nicest, informal places I’ve ever stayed at. "

"Yes welcoming for dogs. Had a poolside suite. Only things i would say are the pillows are very hard and the bed linen could be softer. I say this because is expensive to stay. Also had to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast and i think when you pay this money you shouldnt need too"

"With a late arrival due to bad traffic the welcome and speedy check in were wonderful. Our room spotless and very comfortable. We missed having a small fridge. All the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Staff gave a lovely warm welcome. Ollie and Will ran the bar with excellent customer service skills. Room was nice and spacious with plenty of toiletries etc and nice fluffy towels. Spa was disappointing, only has a steam room and a sauna, had expected more rooms after such a major refuribshment/investment. £20 for use of one outdoor hydro pool is a bit epxensive. "
