"good things: breakfast and dinner were great, SPA zone has an amazing view bad things: the bed and the pillows were awful for me - they're the softest I have ever experienced. My neck hurts. Room view was... average. Shell gas station took 70% of it. But that's only my room. Another side of the hotel is better."

"Fantastic place to stay after a busy two weeks in Italy"

"Plus: Sehr saubere Unterkunft, für den alltäglichen Gebrauch war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool + Sauna ebenfalls sehr sauber Minus: Check-in erst ab 16 Uhr ist schon sehr spät, wenn man bedenkt, dass die Geschäfte 18 Uhr schließen und man nach dem Check-in noch in Ruhe einkaufen möchte"

"Beautful setting, great staff, excellent breakfast, great room"

"A very nice stay, we wld stay again."

"Great place to stay. very clean, staff are great and nothing to complain about. "

"Great stay "

"Clean room and nice facilities. Great spa experience, sauna, ice bath and outdoor pool. "

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...

"Everything was absolutely amazing from the check-in to the room and breakfast. Would love to stay here again."

"Very comfortable stay, kids friendly."

"Fantastic hotel, amenities and surroundings, very nice breakfast."

"Very nice stay all in all. I enjoyed the location close to the Schlossalmbahn and bus station and right in town. The view from my hotel room (after I upgraded for just 10euros per night) was amazing. Wish it was more encouraged to enjoy your breakfast and dinner on the nice terrace of the restaurant."

"Fantastisk hotel. Smukt indrettet, lækre faciliteter. Morgenmaden meget velsmagende. Og poolområdet perfekt."

"High standard food, entertainement, facility."

"Loved the saunas/spa area. Buffet breakfast that was included was also very good. Large toom, lots of space. Great view from the glass elevator, the spa, the dining area. Only negative was that because it wasn't very busy, there was no cook on Sunday so I wasn't able to get a dinner there."

"Is was a wonderful and worm hotel, the staff was very friendly and the food was great."

"Stunning location and hotel "

"Comfortable and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Nice to be able to use the spa facilities at the Salzburgerhof across the road."
