"The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived.
The location was good with easy access and safe parking
The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer.
The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure.
The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed.

"Always love staying within the castle grounds accommodation whilst visiting for the Ballarat Basketball Tournament. The only negatives with our room were a damp patch of carpet caused by a leak due to heavy rain the day prior (staff had already advised us and had dried it as best they could). Also the fan in the bathroom activates via motion sensor which was a bit annoying at night as it is a noisy fan. Aside from those things we have no complaints, plenty of bunks and breaky boxes provided each...
"I want to live in this apartment! Situated in a fully renovated art deco-era apartment block, only a few houses back from Lake Wendouree, this place was perfect for our overnight stay. Clean, comfy, reasonably priced, great communication with the host. The artworks were impressive too.
