We had arrived at the airport and realized our friend's had forgotten their belongings in their room safe. The staff helped locate and send the belongings in a taxi to the airport. We made the flight in time and it was all due to the great staff. They saved the day for us!"

We were asked if we were staying here, if we had a key, are we sure we’re staying here, what room number we were in and if we were sure if we were staying here. Other guests, would come in and just walk straight through. When I came downstairs to check out and tell another staff member about this, I was told it was protocol....
