"The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the Expedia web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities."

"Nice hotel in quiet position but within walking distance to town and gondola. Large spacious rooms. Good selection for breakfast and dinner. Dinner includes local wines and beer.Lovely spa area. Very friendly and helpful reception man Salih. Thank you"

"Resepsiyondan itibaren başlayan ilgisiz ve asık suratlı karşılama tüm çalışanlarda açıkça görülüyor. Oda gayet pis. Luxury oda hariç balkon yok. Yataklar ve örtüler eski. Dekor berbat. Konum olarak da gondolaya uzak kalıyor. Yürüyerek ulaşım çok uzak, araç kullanmak gerekiyor. Tüm bunlar eklenince rezervasyon 4 gün olmasına rağmen sadece 1 gece kalıp ayrıldık. "
