"I arrived at the hotel around 12pm, although check-in was not until 3pm. I was told I could check in earlier if I upgraded to a more expensive room, but I decided not to and instead left my luggage at reception before heading to a wedding. When I returned at around 11:30pm, I was checked in and given keys to my room. Unfortunately, once I got ready for bed, I realised the room was not particularly clean and was also extremely noisy. "We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"

"It’s was a little nosy during the night as the walls maybe a little thin and you can hear everything from the next room. Apart from that it’s a lovely hotel with an outstanding spa facilities. "
