"Non segnalata sulla strada. Difficile da trovare. Molto bella la struttura.
Non trovo corretto dover pagare il parcheggio poiché è un piazzale all’aperto senza custodia"
"The room was clean and modern, comfortable bed and bedding. The main door to the building needed some repair. It was strange to check-in at one location then go to several buildings over to get to our room. The hotel was very accomodating, the lobby held our bags before and afterwards when arriving and departure times were early and delayed, respectively. The room had a clothes iron and ironing board which was appreciated. Travelling makes clothes wrinkled, so an iron was useful and this was the...
"Very nice hotel and nice location. It is a bit of a walk from the tram stop (T1) to the hotel especially with luggage rolling over the coblestone roads. We stayed on the main level and you can hear noise from the reception and walking around from the outside.
Staff was very friendly and helpful."
"Het personeel heeft totaal geen oog voor de gasten, zijn alleen maar met hun zelf en de computer bezig.
Pakken het niet op, bij ontbijt, dinner of een versnapering aan de bar.
Ook kenbaar gemaakt bij vertrek, zou het oppakken, denk niet dat ze er iets mee doen . Voor mij NOOIT meer een Fletcher Hotel!!!!"
"This is a nice hotel located within about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.
I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good.
There is free parking on site.
This is a nice clean centrally located hotel and I recommend it."
"Fijn hotel, fijne locatie.
Airco werkte goed en ramen goed te verduisteren.
Uitgebreid fijn ontbijt.
Digitaal aanmelden wat bijzonder maar gaat prima."
"Fantastic experience. Everything from check in to check out and all in between was brilliant. I'd highly recommend to anyone staying in Ghent as I wouldn't hesitate to book here again myself.
Perfect distance to everything with a gorgeous bakery Norman right by it and a little shop for anything you might need.
Ghent was beautiful...even in the storm we thoroughly enjoyed it and was perfect coming back to our apartment to dry off and enjoy a relaxed few evenings.
Thanks Eva for a lovely stay :)"
