"The hotel should verify, before the arrival of the customer, that what the customer requested will be provided and that everything in the room is working properly. In my room the safe and the phone were not working so I was transferred to another room. Here the safe had no instructions about closing or opening so I tried to call the office and this phone was not working either, so I had to call from my cell phone."

"Our stay at this hotel was okay. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The downside was that the air conditioner was not working properly, even after the technician went to adjust it, and the room was too warm. Also, it was a little bit of a hassle to have to ask for TP because it was not refilled as we are used to in other hotels. Other than that, everything else was ok."
