"The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night from 2230 hours onwards for about an hour or so. It is not understood why construction work has to be done at that time. Thirdly, the hotel should employ a trained South Indian cuisine cook--- the breakfast served of dosa , tomato & coconut chutneys & sambar was pathetic & totally substandard."

"Stay was fabulous, the staff was very friendly and accommodated all our needs. View from 3rd floor, cafeteria is amazing, smow capped dhauladhar ranges are clearly visible. We had a great family time during the Christmas and New Year vacation."

"Loved it. Stayed here on recommendation by a friend. Only regret is that I didn’t book it further out. The secret is out about RAM’s. The staff is so kind and helpful. Also, Gave me the best recommendation for the best momo in town. Which is a big thing here. And perhaps the best yoga studio in the area. The view is spectacular from the entire studio roof"
