"Lovely old building in the main square, with the entrance on the other side of the block. Undergoing renovations, so parts of the hotel were nice and fresh, but other parts were covered up. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. It's worth getting a room with a view over the square."

Except for that the staff was so welcoming, friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed and appreciated the few extra steps taken to make our stay more enjoying like the L’occtaine products and daily refills of snacks, drinks and treats from the local bakery. "I had a lovely 3 night stay at the Hotel Ariane. It is on the edge of the historic area with easy parking. Several minute walk to restaurants and ~ 10 minute walk to the Menin Gate. The best part of my stay was the fantastic staff. They went above and beyond to assist me with an issue that I had with my rental car. They even followed up with me the next day to make sure that I had no more issues with the car. I highly recommend a stay at the Hotel Ariane for your Ypres stay!"
