Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten ErmĂ€ĂŸigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hĂ€tten an der Rezeption nachfragen mĂŒssen, was schade ist. "Uns hat das Spree Hotel direkt am Spree Hafen in LĂŒbbenau ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Es ist modern, hell und ĂŒberraschend ruhig gelegen, die Betten sind komfortabel, das Badezimmer hat eine schicke Dusche. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck vielfĂ€ltig. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen."

" Very little English speaking staff at front desk. Changes in lobby bar hours/services with no warning. They had no shampoo/conditioner in room but had shower caps despite no shower in room. Reserved a queen bed room and given a loft with spiral steps to bedroom on second floor, not mentioned I reservation. Loft warm with only a small window and fan for ventilation. "
